PARK SOVA

Draft design of the Park of Culture and Leisure in the working settlement of Krasnoobsk,
Novosibirsk region, Novosibirsk region

2020

     PARK LOCATION
     SOVA Park is located north of the residential areas of Krasnoobsk and is closely adjacent to the southern border of the Forest Park named after Academician Irakli Ivanovich Sinyagin.
     The forest park named after Academician I.I. Sinyagin is a unique man-made park of a landscape type, founded by the founders of the village in 1978 on an area of 292 hectares. At present, the forest park has lost part of its territory, but still remains a powerful developing ecosystem with a unique biogeocenosis.
    The projected SOVA park is the threshold of the protected area of the forest park.

    SOVA PARK - FOREST PARK BUFFER ZONE
    Forest Park named after academician I.I. Sinyagin in the near future - a specially protected natural area - PAs.
    SOVA Park is not only the entrance door to the forest park, but also a buffer zone created to reduce the anthropogenic load on the specially protected area. SOVA Park is located on the lost territories of the forest park, previously intended for outdoor activities, and this project returns the true purpose of the territory: for recreation, culture and environmental education.

     FOREST PARK NAMED AFTER ACADEMICIAN I.I.SINYAGIN
    In the forest park, an assortment of exotic plants unprecedented in Siberia, the richest mesofauna. Many animals and more than 70 species of birds permanently live here, including representatives of the owl family: the gray owl, the owl, the little owl, the little owl.
    The forest park is extraordinarily beautiful, and its ecosystem requires protection, part of which will be the guard park SOVA, ready to take on a recreational load.
    The name SOVA is not accidental.
    According to popular beliefs, an owl is a watchman (guards treasures, barns), and a wise owl is an adviser to the forest owner and a symbol of enlightenment.

    PLAN OF THE TERRITORY OF THE OWL PARK

    The planned park is positioned as an all-weather and publicly accessible object of daily use of local importance for all age groups, which also has its own specifics: the park serves to popularize environmental knowledge. The park is designed for families with children, for teenagers, for friendly companies, for the elderly, and even for dogs. All facilities are also accessible to people with limited mobility. The park has comfort, entertainment, quiet board games, and extreme sports.
    The maximum program of entertainment and education is implemented in the summer, when it is warm and sunny and the whole family can spend a Sunday in the Park, and teenagers can frolic there around the clock. However, even in an attractive season, it is difficult to spend the whole day in the Park without basic amenities that make it mandatory to provide buildings in the Park: people need a toilet not under a bush, people need a cup of tea, people need to change a baby, feed the children; people need sports equipment, people sometimes need medical help.
    You can't do without park pavilions even in summer, and in this project the pavilions also have an additional service: surrounded by numerous terraces and canopies, they provide protection from both rain and sun. Trees in the park
will not grow in one day, but the shadow is needed today. Therefore, all park pavilions have extensive terraces, their architecture is unobtrusive, and natural colors are used in the decoration. The dressing room pavilion next to the square of mass celebrations is completely hidden and is a dugout with hanging gardens.

    The transport connection of the park with the village is provided from Western Street and from Twelfth Street, between these streets there is a rocky passage. Parking lots are located on the rocky driveway, on the driveways in the alignment of the Western and Twelfth.
The main entrance and entrance is from West, pedestrian connections are duplicated from Twelfth Street and from the streets of the adjacent microdistrict.

    Basic technical and economic indicators.
Estimated cost of landscaping, landscaping and on-site engineering support at the current price level = 288,383.6 thousand rubles (excluding the cost of buildings)
The total area of the projected territory is 123,768 m2;
Building area - 3,732 m2;
The area of passages and platforms within the design boundaries is 11,419 m2;
The area of footpaths within the design boundaries is 42,638 m2;
Landscaping area within the boundaries of the design - 65,094 m2.

    ENTRANCE ZONE. FIRST CIRCLE.
    The Park can be accessed through three entrances, but the main entrance area is from the side of Zapadnaya street. This zone (First   circle) - for a quiet family vacation, when you can safely, sitting on the terrace of the cafe, let the younger family members go to the playgrounds for the little ones located in the visibility zone.
On the territory of the first circle there are playgrounds, rock gardens, art objects, areas for quiet rest,
hill with an eco-path for children.
    Pavilion No. 1:

It is for bad weather (rain) in the pavilion that a pantry of inventory playgrounds is provided: he took out a light compact platform, unfolded it on the terrace, and launched babies there.
   Pavilion No. 2 with a room for board games and children's parties, framed by extensive terraces and awnings, can be used in any weather: you can play table tennis or billiards on the terrace even in slush and in early spring, knowing that there is a warm room outside the door with hot drinks.
   In the same part of the Park there is a mound with an eco-path for children. The mound is more than thirty meters in diameter and with a top at a height of 5-8 meters: a kind of Parnassus, from where you can see the layout of the Park. The trail spirals upwards and is flanked by flora specimens illustrating the climatic zones. At some stages of the ascent, in the bushes-grass, there are easily hidden ceramic sculptures of various fauna of the Forest Park - from the green toad at the bottom of the hill to birds of prey at the top.

     ZONE OF MASS FESTIVALS. SECOND CIRCLE.

     The zone of mass celebrations (Second circle) contains:
- the main square for festive celebrations, for roller skating, for a winter skating rink;
- an amphitheater for concerts and city meetings; the stage of the amphitheater should be equipped with a semi-underground warehouse for scenery;
- a live fir-tree for New Year's holidays.
    This part of the Park is the noisiest, and therefore is located at the maximum distance from the residential area.
    In the zone of mass festivities there is a dugout pavilion with a hanging garden on the roof, which houses: a rental point for skates, rollerblades, skateboards, team sports, a warm locker room for skaters, an artistic
an amphitheater, a canopy with benches for rollerbladers, a public toilet.

    The exhibition area adjoins the area for mass celebrations and contains bosquets with offices (a branch of the V.S. Grebennikov Museum, offices of the young naturalist station, a children's art school, a bosquet for traveling exhibitions).
    The planning takes into account local achievements in the field of out-of-school education: there are bosquets with open classrooms for a children's art school, for a children's art house and a station for young naturalists,
where students can organize exhibitions and events. An open amphitheater is provided for concerts of the children's music school and amateur groups. Reserve bosquets may occupy traveling exhibitions or
festival expositions of invited artists.
     The bandage zone is north of the Second Circle. There are located:
- track for rollers and skates;
- pool skating.
    The binding track is specially designed for skaters in summer and skaters in winter. The track is looped with an area of mass festivities (having an even surface), which for the winter can be turned into one large village skating rink with music. You can bring your own skates, you can rent, but a warm locker room, a toilet and tea are required. Then you can spend all winter holidays on the rink.
    An amphitheater with a stage can also be used in winter if the seats are heated, and for the artists a warm artistic room is provided in the same dugout pavilion. Christmas tree on the mass square
festivities can become the basis for village-wide winter holidays.

     SPORTS ZONE. THIRD CIRCLE-OVAL.
     The sports and entertainment zone in the western part of the Park (Third circle-oval) is occupied by sports grounds for team sports: badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball.
     Inventory rental, toilet and dressing room - in the Pavilion-Dugout, on the border of the Second Circle.
